2. Not Insurance / No Manufacturer Affiliation

  • Vehicle service contracts are not insurance policies

  • Complete Dealer Care LLC is not an insurer, obligor, or administrator

  • We are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer or dealership

  • Coverage does not replace or extend a manufacturer’s warranty

3. Website Use

6. Payments

Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of coverage.

7. Claims Process

  • Claims are handled and administered by the third-party contract provider

  • All repairs and approvals must be authorized before work begins

  • Supporting documentation may be required

  • Unauthorized repairs may not be eligible for coverage

8. Coverage Limitations

Vehicle service contracts:

  • Cover only specific components listed in the agreement

  • Do not cover all repairs or maintenance

  • Exclude pre-existing conditions and non-covered items

Coverage is determined solely by the terms of the contract.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are governed by the individual service contract.

  • Full refund within a specified initial period (if no claims are made)

  • Prorated refund after the initial period, subject to claims and fees
